Because our products are sourced from multiple suppliers through Spocket and other fulfillment partners, eligibility for returns or exchanges varies by item.
 Please review each product description for specific return details before purchasing.
You may request a return if:
  • The item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
To request a return, email ops@thrivehub.ai with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue


2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, or health items)
  • Personal care items or intimate goods
  • Digital products, downloads, or subscriptions
  • Clearance or final-sale items


3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
 If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

5. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, send us an email at ops@thrivehub.ai.


6. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
 Shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
